Continue with Monthly Online Cohort Meetings
Dig deeper into the four essentials areas of associate leadership with a monthly online meeting. Each month you will be presented with a summary and outline of a relevant leadership book and given the opportunity to share how you can take intentional steps to grow.
Get Practical with Monthly 1:1 Coaching
Take the foundation developed in the initial retreat and the ongoing development from the monthly cohort meetings and forge them into practical, attainable goals through 1-on-1 coaching meetings

Regional Cohorts are a gathering of Associate Pastors from 5 or more local churches. Churches wanting to send more than 3 staff members can inquire about our rates for larger staff groups. Each cohort launches with a two-day local retreat that focuses on setting a foundation for a year of growth in the four essential Associate Leadership areas: developing yourself, engaging your leadership, leading individuals and leading groups. Both days run from 9:00-5:00 with a free hour at noon for attendees to get lunch on their own.
